At first without reading the title, I thought it was something related to Alice in Wonderland xD 
You can get Poser 7 for 50 bucks right now. That's cheap! I'd recommend spending the $50 instead of getting Daz Studio, which is free, but by the time you buy all the add-ons just to get it to do what Poser does - it'll end up costing more. Plus Poser has a better render engine. Unless you wanna use Bryce to render, you can do that too (I think it's a free thing at Daz3D). There is a lot of nice free stuff too if you know where to look. There's a learning curve involved but I have no doubt you could figure it out - you're a smart cookie! You pose figures by turning dials or by just dragging on body parts. I like the dails better though. I could go on and on. If you really want to learn it, I can help!
