I did look thru my journals and I have realized - I didn't do an all photography / photo-manipulation journal That seems like an oversight on my part.
Photography is something I have very keen interest in, but I don't practice myself. Maybe I will in time ...
Many of the images from my friends and artists on DA inspire the color schemes, the compositions I'm working with.
I'm as fond of the nature photography as I'm of abstracts close-ups, human body or objects, still nature or macro.
And you ought to notice - a few of our fractal colleagues take stunning pics as well just to mention ersi , SuicideBySafetyPin (who is getting better with every pic), Lucy--C , GeaAusten and finally don't forget our own esintu , who's photos carry very unique outlook on objects and scapes just like her fractals.
I found few 'gems' in my faves:
like a simple close-up of a tree bark, which could easily pass as an abstract painting >> afeinphoto-com.deviantart.com/… of a Tree)
or a fast-speed, streetcar shot from my home city, which has the looks of urban industrial >> seawhisper.deviantart.com/art/… Tram)
and great scenery captured in HD from 0slaven0 - you must have a look in his gallery
In any case - I did looked into my collection of personal photographic faves, few manips and made this little feature, hope you enjoy it and maybe find something what will impact you or make you say 'wow' ...
